I seriously thought of checking out of the Grand and staying at another casino because of this. We went to a couple other casinos who were better at distancing players on slots. The slot machines are pretty close together. Social distancing was very difficult here while playing slots in certain areas. Always saw a beverage server, was never thirsty. The casino was very busy when we arrived at noon and was still very busy at 7:00PM on Sunday. Large desk with plenty of counter space in room. Bed linens seemed clean except one pillow case had a stain on it as did a wash cloth. The pillows were long and the pillow cases really not long enough. One bed was comfortable and one had a large dip where your hips lay, had to sleep on other side but mattresses were comfortable, pillows decent however one of the pillows you could see what looked like blood stains on it. They did not come in to service the room while we were there.
Called right after getting our room to get bath towels as there was none and extra toilet paper. Room seemed fairly clean but wiped everything down myself. Check in was fast on Sunday around noon, there was quite a line but went fast. There was no temperature check walking in to casino but they did take it at check in. My mom and I decided it was time for some fun so we got on the train and headed for Reno.
